Santana in San Diego: -Concert, $20 -Facilities fee, $6 (that's the cut Cricket Theatre gets, I guess) -Convenience fee, $10.10! -Ticketing fee., $3.25 (wait, shouldn't that be included in the "convenience" fee) Final price, ~$40, of which ~33% is Ticketmaster's cut. Fees for Lila Downs yield similarly around 30% in Ticketmaster's fees. I just do not want to pay these fees out of principle, but I hear that Ticketmaster holds the monopoly for all ticket sales of the concerts they sell.|||You try a ticket broker. They will charge you a higher price.
