Lactic acid , the catalyst in cheese is an enzyme. You must keep searching and look for a cheese with"microbial enzymes" these are not from a cows stomach.The enzymes will most certainly be killed during cooking of Lasagne.|||I am not sure how many of us know where to find Veg friendly cheese in Singapore.
